My stay at the Splendid Holiday Hotel Spa was quite pleasant overall. The location in the Old Quarter was fantastic, allowing me to explore nearby cafes and local attractions easily. The staff, especially Harry, were incredibly helpful in arranging my trips, including a nice Ha Long Bay cruise. However, I did notice some minor issues with cleanliness in the shower, which could be improved upon.
